Its a great camera from the price. Super small, and easy to mount anywhere. I installed on a crew cab, long bed truck, so the video cable wasn't long enough. One RCA coupling, and 8 more feet of cable fixed that. Stole power from the reverse prong on my trailer plug, and it powers up when in reverse. Other reviews said the camera quit working when it got wet, so I used some sealant and sealed it all up before I installed.
Finally decided to get a back up camera. I was looking all over at many pricey ones, and I came across this little guy. Lemme tell you, this thing is small, it's mounted on my bumper clear as day, but it's so small if your further than about 5 feet away you can't even see it.
I have it going to my pioneer double din touch screen, and the image is awesome. I wish I could post a picture in the review for any sceptical people. I found it hard to believe it was any good for 20 bucks but I took a shot and I love it. Even at night time it works well.
Awesome
Works as it should. Picture isn't stealler but didn't expect HD or anything. Serves its purpose well.
Great little cameras, I've got them mounted on my big rig for security and they work great.
Nice looking and small. Hard to use for my car but that is the cars fault. I use it as part of my car-computer and the color is fairly good. Can't complain for $20.
Works perfectly with my touch screen deck.
Bought it for my truck to help with hitching up trailers. Mounted it on the top of my canopy right by the 3rd brake light and it works fabulous. Took a little bit of time and because of the location of the camera I had to extend the video wire but a quick trip to radio shack fixed that. The picture is clear and shows perfectly on my in dash nav system.
Best camera
No issues--worked as advertised; good picture both day and night. My only suggestion would be to include a 2nd vertical mount option (you could bend the included clip, but one designed to be vertically mounted with the camera offset forward might increase mounting flexibility). I ended-up just wire-tying the camera to a spot on the bumper of my Dodge Dakota that just happened to be just wide enough to securely mount the camera--no drilling needed. I connected to the Boyo VTM43TC 4.3 OE style rear view mirror monitor with compass & temperature - works great.
