LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! I as Am/FM,Weather, solar light, crank light, and attachment for all your different phones & laptops!!!!! Best product EVER!
Great to add to our camping gear.
We ordered 18 of these for two purposes: To put into Winter Survival kits for our adult children to carry in their car, and also to be put into Operation Christmas Child boxes to be sent over seas so children can do homework after the sun goes down if they don't have electricity. So far we are very impressed. It seems to live up to everything it promises to do. At first I had some trouble getting it to charge my iphone6,but after pressing on my cord it seemed to work fine. We really love that there are 3 ways to charge this: Solar, Hand Crank, USB. The hand cranking indicates it should be done at 130+ rpm, which can be kind of hard for me (I am 50 year old female.) It helps that you can crank both clockwise and counter clockwise, so it's easy to switch hands. The fastest I could crank was 125 rmp, and I doubt I could keep that up very long. I'm sure most older kids and men would have no problem. The radio is perfectly fine (kind of tinny, reminds me of when I was a kid), the flashlight is quite bright. We feel these were a good purchase at the $20 sale price we paid. I'm not sure I would feel they were a good purchase at the full retail of $59.

Smaller than I expected but that's actually a plus for me. Everything works. Both solar & crank. Appears to be well constructed, not with cheap materials. Already charged when received but haven't tried the USB ports yet. Their website is "under construction" so can't register the warranty that way.

All of the features were just as described. Perfect gift giver, too.
I'll bump up the stars for the excellent customer service. And the solar/hand-crank/radio parts of this device really do work pretty well. It seems to get a charge just from my desk lamp (with the "60W" LED Daylight bulb). But my issues with the product's accessories still stands. Maybe a quick fix is to ship a big fat rubber band with it? Holds all the cables and stuff in one place, at least.
Original complaint:
This device is supposed to be carry along - like for campers, or during emergencies, like weather. But there's no storage for all the adapters and cables you would need to use with it. Charge it via USB? You need the cable -hope to God you remember where the cable is, or that you remembered to grab it. Need to charge your phone with the hand crank? You need an adapter and a cable - again, hope you can find the adapter.
It is nice that all that stuff is provided with the radio - but where the hell do you store it?
I'll give it another star because the radio does seem to work pretty well.
