Power went out and this thing came in handy.  While it has a solar charger and a crank, I suggest charging it with the included usb cable.  The Solar Charger works, it just takes a little while to charge.  And the crank also works, it just takes some work.  This did charge my cell  phone for a little while, but did not last long.  Good for enough charge for a quick call, but not a long charge.

The crank was easy to use and the flashlight gives off a decent amount of light. The solar charging works great and lasted a few days.

Instructions not really clear about how to tell if it's recharging.
