The installer at the auto shop was more than impressed with the clarity of this cam. He said it was better than the high dollar cams he had been installing all week. Indeed it works quite well.

Unless the lighting is perfect, forget it. Not enough dynamic range to get bright sky and shadowy ground.
Edit: It wasn't the camera as much as it was the monitor. unless I am straight on with the screen the image is very dark and washed out.

This backup camera is OK during the day.  I find it has too much LED light glare at night.

Couldn't believe how great and easy this was to install and set up

Crapped out in less than a month unfortunately i didnt get it removed till a couple of days after the return period but stopped working within a few days of installing.

So the company sent me a replacement product which so far works like a charm. This is an example of excellent customer service and so far im pleased updated to 4 stars  thanks again hisgadget....

Easy to install.

Works fine.  Installation was fairly easy... I like how you can toggle between having guide lines on screen vs. turning them off.  I dislike how my vehicle has license plate lights that tend to drown out the video a bit at night.  I hooked it into my new pioneer double din and spliced into the reverse light for activation.

This is a very good product made very well.
