Cheap, reliable LCD - perfect for Backup Camera
This thing was pretty easy to wire up. I tapped into my rear light control kicker panel. The screen isn't HD but you can see whats on your camera pretty clearly. I thought for the price I was going to get some flimsy crappy thing. But the plastic is sturdy and it doesnt feel like a $25 camera. Can you believe how much screens have come down in price? There is a little film on the display. I left it on but you can probably remove it if you like. The sticky mount was questionable but after a month it's still holding pretty solid. I do have some cheap double sided 3m tape just in case. It was between this and the other Chinese one that starts with a C and has good reviews. But Esky has good reviews too so I bought this one since I didnt like the camera that came with the other package. You can hook 2 cameras up to this monitor btw.
This is a nice monitor, good picture and color. Easy to see.
I purchased this a year and a half ago and it still works great. It was installed by BestBuy after I cut off the stand and any extra plastic on the back of it so I could attach it to my windshield with a phone holding mount. Bestbuy wired it up beautifully by hard wiring it, meaning the colored plug in wire connections became one solid black wire. Love it.

Does what it is supposed to, no trouble
I had a $20 gift card for Amazon so after using the card, I only paid about $10. I hard wired everything instead of using the wireless receivers. It didn't take more than 45 min to do. I installed it on my 3/4 F250 crew cab long box that we hook up to trailers a lot. It takes all the guess work out of hooking up to the trailer. In addition, when parking in town with parking lots I don't worry about my wife or I backing into anything I don't want to. For less than $50, it's a great camera and screen that I permanently installed under my dash. Well worth the money and time. And my kids get a kick out of watching the back up display with the lines in it. I used the Peak back up camera set up on my other truck. It didn't take long for moisture to set in to the camera and night viewing went down the tubes.
Bought it to use with a single board computer ( C.H.I.P. ) that has composite output. It works great, though small, and is clearer than a 7" Haier TV, also with composite. Text is legible, color good. There is a little noise banding but that is due to the power supply I am using. For $20, it is a great and portable addition to the less than credit card sized computer.
Nice little display. I use it to display Flickr pictures using the Next Thing Co. $9 CHIP computer.
